How much will my deck cost?
Every project is different. Send an idea, inspiration photo and approximate dimensions for a free preliminary price range within 24 hours. A final estimate follows our site visit and design discussion.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage the project, including required permits and inspections, materials and construction.
What warranty do you provide?
New decks built from scratch include three years of coverage on our installation and frame. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and depend on the chosen product and its terms.
Will the estimate change?
The price for the agreed scope stays fixed. Changes or additions you request are priced separately before the extra work proceeds.
